I had so much fun during this family session. They are so adorable!

We met at Balboa Park right before sunset and the light was just perfect!



















Kids will be kids :) It seemed like half the time they were dipping their hands in the fountains or running around. Love these girls!













As soon as they sat down together, their faces lit up. I loved how playful he was and her smile...so cute!

A Midsummer Days Dream Picnic

Today I joined my Southern California wedding industry peers, including wedding coordinators, photographers, DJs, florists, hair and make-up artists and more in Santa Ana at the Heritage Museum of Orange County for a fun picnic. I met up with old friends and created some new friendships which I hope will only blossom through the years.

If you're planning on getting married, then you'll definitely want to check out these amazing individuals.

I loved watching Isaac and Stephanie interact with Venise, all the while trying to catch the balloons without dropping them and soaking themselves in the process. They were the true winners of the day.

I had a lot of fun! Can't wait to do it again next year!

Levyland Wedding [Hilary + Dave]

I had the pleasure of second shooting with Gabrielle Fox at the gorgeous Levyland estate in Carlsbad. The wedding was beautiful and everything went off without a hitch, thanks to the wonderful Nellie Chan of both Occasion Consulting and Stems Design Studio.

This was my first wedding that I've photographed this year and let me tell you, it felt so good. I had fun experimenting and challenging myself creatively. I hope you enjoy the images!
