Lunch + getting LOST!

Hello all!

I had a delicious lunch at the Cheesecake Factory today with Lynn Dao + Lisa Gisczinski. Lynn + I met Lisa for the first time today. She used to be a trainer at Sea World! How cool is that? She's decided to switch careers + absolutely loves wedding photography. She's super nice + I can't wait to get together again.

On a side note, I've been waiting way too long for the LOST premiere tonight. I'm SO excited + I just can't hide it! I don't watch much tv these days, but I got hooked to LOST early on. Ok, only a little more than an hour to go...

My new + improved website!

Hello everyone!

I redesigned my website + finally added new + much cooler content. I had a great wedding season last year + met some incredible couples. Hopefully, by viewing my website, you can get a feel for the connections that I made last year. I hope you enjoy what you see!

FOTO FUN: hidden hillside

I am rarely surpised these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when my friend + fellow wedding photog Lynn Dao introduced me to this nice quiet, green canyon in Hillcrest. I love escaping the city, even for only an hour. We had a great time as usual.

Sophia wanted to join in on the fun too :)

The great thing of having photog friends is that they'll do anything you ask them too when the camera is pointed in their direction.

We knew it was going to rain at any time, so we came prepared with umbrellas. I was super happy that it was overcast, my favorite kind of lighting situation.

And lastly, one of me taken by Lynn.

Downtown San Diego Portraits [Jess + Avery]

01.11.08

I have known Jess since we were little ones back home. I love my cousin + am quite proud of her. She's studying at Fullerton State. She's always been into acting + directing movies. So, when her girlfriend, Avery, asked me to take her headshots, I happily accepted. And of course, I couldn't resist photographing the two of them together.

I took them to Downtown SD, near the gaslamp district, for their photo session. I had fun getting to know Jess + Avery a little better.

Here are some of my favorite images of Jess, the aspiring actress/writer/director + her lovely assistant/girlfriend Avery ;)
