ONE more day! YAY!

The California Bar Exam is the hardest in the country. 2/3 of test takers fail the February Bar Exam! That's gotta hurt!

My husband will be finished with the Exam tomorrow, which is a total of 3 days. I can't wait!

We don't find out the results until May. I'm crossing my fingers...

And to think, I used to watch Matlock when I was a lot younger, hoping I would be an attorney when I got older. Not gonna happen.

San Diego Portraits

There's a new addition to my website + I'm very proud of these images. I added a portraits secion to my galleries page. You can view my new collection of images by clicking HERE

I love the one-on-one interaction with people, all the while creating images that tell a story or freeze a moment. Behind each image there is a story to be told. I believe images can educate, inspire + reveal so much about the subject(s). I thoroughly enjoy getting to know people + find it very rewarding when I can capture their spirit + personality on camera.

I hope you enjoy my new portraits gallery.

I love discovering new places with lots of creative shooting potential. I traversed over Pacific Highway yesterday with Lynn, Sophia + my camera :)

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting + photographing Gili Anna + her custom-designed jewelry + judaica for SDJJ. Gili's goal in customer service is to find, make or repair what you need while making it a fun experience. "To create a piece that really makes you happy and proud to wear or give." - Gili Anna
Gili is super nice + friendly, so if you're in the neighborhood, stop in her boutique shop + say hello!

San Diego Portrait Session [Jenn]

Last Friday, Lynn + I revisited one of our favorite spots, nestled right in the midst of Hillcrest, where we photographed one of my good friends, Jenn. I've been friends with Jenn since my sophomore year at SDSU. She's a beautiful person, both inside + out + I'm so fortunate to have her in my life. Jenn was kind enough to model for us. She's 5' 11" + I think she's a natural at modeling. We made her do a few unusual things, but I think the images turned out pretty good. Here are a few for your enjoyment.

Jenn is really into Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga, where the rooms are heated to about 105 degrees! Jenn got me to go a few times + I've got to say, I felt incredible afterwards. She works at the Yoga studio in Old Town. So, we asked her to show us a few yoga techniques. Namaste.

Thanks Jenn! You were awesome to work with! You exceeded our expectations + more :)
